    DiGI Coverage

    Yesterday up to slightly over 3:00 pm it was confirm there was a DiGi coverage problem for Subang & PJ areas.

    For 4 hours starting from now there will be an upgrading exercise.

    sales & marketing services of digi is Top class.
    Celcom has better coverage even in carpark...
    maxis lansilanyong and not interested to do b2b...

    my friend co already +/-has 100digi lines BUT just signed up better coverage 174 celcom lines for its staff...with a view to sign up another 200+ soon
    let the telco price and promo war begins!

    agreed...agreed...agreed... i switch form digi to celcom long ago... kuala gula mangrove swamp also got coverage by celcom...!!!

    ....but C's customer service how? Used to be terrible!! Say yes but never do. Some things thought done but years later come back to haunt you. They even say I owe them but I know I never did. I am afraid to ever go back to them. But say what you like, no problem with M and D.

    celcom's service sucks..YES! maybe to individu line user...methink celcom also acting like gomen dept etcetc...

    but now i think, my fren'$ got the clout as the B2B i$ $izeable and the per$on $ervcing the acc wa$ al$o from digi sales b4...so Ok thus far i heard. In fact, the celcom guy just called 30mins ago to check if semo Ok! HAHAHAHAH No bad i heard my fren said!

    well, so far hv no problem with celcom locally.... only when in oversea. was in china... sent sms back home...but not receive until plan touch down at lcct. also when in cambodia sms was received the next day... don't know problem with celcom or telco service in china/cambodia...

    What happened to the network sharing btw celcom and digi?
    Isn't that suppose to equal digi coverage to celcom's since they are sharing the same network/ coverage?

    Or does it only apply to new installation?

    Celcon sucks! Brought their 3g plan from taipan and the sales person promise sky high got coverage, the higher the apartment the better coverage. But when try at home, cannot connect, 5 secs connect, 5 sec disconnect. When asked at their menara celcom, their said my area no coverage! Cheat!!!
