    TV Spolit after 1 month

    Has anyone in the forum experienced this ? Our 1 month old Philip LED TV just spoil. The TV has sound but no picture. The repairman took away the TV, it has been more than 3 days already.

    Can I ask Philip for a replacemnet? Considering the TV is new, I wonder what will happen to the TV after the warranty period....

    Ask for a new one or go to the small claims court
