Well we have laws in this country, dont we? If it is not to be followed then who can draw the line, the cops or robbers? Unfortunately the robbers in this case took advantage of the victim who is handicapped. It does not make the crime any more or less severe than if it was an old woman or a young man. A crime has been committed and the criminal should be brought to justice and faster the better.
