If we have our ministers who come out and say that those mules who swallow condoms filled with drugs as 'innocent victims' I dont know what is our country turning into. If it was in their bags, then, maybe and a big maybe they were conned in taking it but to swallow the drugs and claim innocence after that it really defies logical thinking.
