Would just like to drop a caution note here to all Kia owners. Beware of this Kia Service Centre:

This center is a complete rip off. 1st they took 1.5 weeks to tell me what's wrong with my car and 4 weeks after that my car is still in the workshop. When asked, she will give reasons like manpower shortage, waiting for parts, depends on your luck etc. What kind of answer is the last one! She will tell you it will be ready in 2 days but when called, all those reasons above came out. So it's been delay, and delay and delay. And in between, she will tell you that this need changing, that needs changing...etc and those parts are not cheap.
I checked with a Kia service center in my hometown and on the spot the technician can tell me what's wrong with my car after telling him the symptoms. And best is that it'll only that 1 weeks to get the parts and another 1 week to fix it. So all in only 2 weeks! Why didn't I get it fix at my hometown? It's far and I'm not sure my car can last the distance.
I'm keeping my temper in check untill I get my car. Then I'll complain to MAA and Kia.
So to all Kia owners and other car owners out there, avoid this NS AUTO USJ SDN BHD like plague if you don't want to go through the same headache and heartache as me. Spread the news to all your friends/relatives too.
