    Protecting your child's eye sight

    I've noticed more and more young children are wearing spectacles these days. Could it be due to the culture of busy parents using the television as a "babysitter" to keep them sitting still and quiet? You have to admit without the television, kids tend to be noisier and jump around more.

    Anyway this link has a few useful tips to watch for to take care of your child's eye sight.

    Parents should instill their children in consuming more vegetables rich in Vitamin A.
