Project is suppose to be next/ near to Summit USJ but I cannot really think of a 9 acre freehold land. The abandon commercial project is hardly 2 acre and should be leasehold.
Could it be the former Slime Darby office/factory?
It is next to Summit, the Giant warehouse, right at the corner. And where did it say it is 9 acres?
Probably include the land where the food court and futsal used to be.

That is possible. I wonder whether it is a separate title or one title. Otherwise, the strata title will be a problem. Anyway, is it a good buy? The jam is terrible but it is rather convenient if you use the LRT frequently.
