Malaysian wives 'should check pants'

The authorities want women to help fight prostitution
By Jonathan Kent
BBC correspondent in Malaysia
The chief minister of the Malaysian state of Selangor is urging local women to take their dirty laundry to the authorities.
He is asking wives who suspect their husbands of visiting prostitutes to present it as evidence to the police, so they can use the information to organise raids and catch the men red-handed.
Dr Khir Toyo is keen to enlist women in the battle against Malaysia's vice trade.
Speaking to a Malaysian women's organisation, he suggested wives look out for tell-tale signs, like stains and hotel receipts, when washing their husbands' clothes.
Sex workers
Malaysia has been taking increasingly tough measures against the sex industry, with thousands of arrests made in the last year.
Recently the government announced it was considering imposing more stringent visa conditions on young women from certain countries such as China and India.
Thousands of women are brought to Malaysia to work as prostitutes, many against their will.
However, so far, it is primarily the women who have been targeted by the authorities rather than their clients.

Enlighten me if you may, is visiting prositute illegal in this country? Do not get me wrong, I am not for prositution, just wish to set the right right.
In Thailand, the politikus are talking about making it into the law that pro shall pay tax, whatever tax you call it, sin tax or adulterous tax, they are big businesses here we are taking about. Mutimillion dollar tax each year and it is almost recession proof!
If Khir is against prositution, we understand. For he has a reputation to 'jaga', a hansomely(lucrative?) paid job to hold on to. But, if a man chooses to visit a pro, let him, the sinner would go to hell, not you , the busibody.
Can we stop all this holier than thou, I am a 'gooder' man than you, kind of politiking?

will tearing down posters of scantily dressed girls stop an itchy cock?
a day or two ago the malay mail front paged the rescue of teenaged girls forced into prostitution. i did not get to read the full story.
my point is not just whether or not the pimps cum kidnappers were apprehended.
we are looking at what happens when such social miscreants are identified and caught by the arms of the law.
how are the perpetrators one of the most heinous crime against humanity brought to book?
they torment defile and disembowel every grain of dignity from fellow human beings for personal riches. they torture family members looking for their lost loved ones. they provide unwilling partners for the sex crazed who in turn are truly rapists in every sense of the word.
what sort of punishment are these pimps dished out? what does the law provide for them? and these too only if and when they are ever roped in, not that they are not within reach of the men in uniform.
if i am not wrong, all we ever see of the few of these living demons who have been unfortunate enough to be made show case white mice is them being sent into restricted residence. isnt that just another safe haven from where they can continue to indulge in their business of raking in ill begotten gains, given modern communication facilities. there's no stopping them coming into the big city when they are not required at the local police station. in fact they are as free as you and i. worse still, it could just simply open up a new market for them. worst case scenario is the new area is where they can tap more innocent new raw materials for their trade, maybe doing so openly too.
what is our honorable warrior of religious piety doing about it? will tearing down posters of scantily dressed girls stop an itchy cock? will a hundred less drunkards reduce the demand for sex slaves?
its a joke to me that mummys and sugar daddies are hard to locate. out of reach, yeah. but why? i'm not going to suggest how sweet some men in blue find the music.
i can only question our mr holier than me mb how he finds this social tragedy bearable and acceptable in the eyes of his religion, albeit as interpreted by him.
-
We have a holey... eh. i mean holy MB who seems to think that every decision he makes is sooo holy and good and clean, and what he's doing is for the betterment of society.. bah.. and he actually has supporters!! haahaahaa
-
why not have the members of the public raid the MBs pants to make sure everything is ok... can call it 'public scrutiny'.
raid his brains to see if it's workin.
-
speaking of raiding the mb's pants, empress_julz, this joke came to mind. enjoy.
A new employee is hired at the Tickle Me Elmo factory. The personnel manager explains her duties, and tells her to report to work promptly at 8:00 AM.
The next day at 8:45AM, there's a knock at the personnel
manager's door. The assembly line foreman comes in and starts
ranting about this new employee.
He says she's incredibly slow, and the whole line is backing up.
The foreman takes the personnel manager down to the factory floor to show him the problem.
Sure enough, Elmos are backed up all over the place. At the end
of the line is the new employee. She has a roll of the material
used for the Elmos and a big bag of marbles. They both watch as
she cuts a little piece of fabric, wraps it around two marbles,
and starts sewing the little package between Elmo's legs.
The personnel manager starts laughing hysterically. After several
minutes, he pulls himself together, walks over to the woman, and
says, "I'm sorry, I guess you misunderstood me yesterday. Your
job is to give Elmo two test tickles."

i hope this is not a true story, heheh....

Why got reports on males visiting prostitutes but not females visiting gigolos?
simple: we are an asian country...
-
good point, xweird. msians always forget that it takes 2 hands to clap.
y we hitting so hard at prostitutes and those who visit them? what about wife swapping and other casual consensual affairs outside of wedlock? many years back the malay mail had a juicy write up on wife swapping orgy sessions among professionals.
honestly, do we really not know where tender flesh is traded? how naive! what pretense! and of course display of profound and unspeakable stupidity!
ps - this is not my stamp of approval for prostitution - just a hear and mind searching proposition.

In Penang Feringgi Beach, you can find "Beach Boys". Young and slim young 'boys' offering social services to older 'mat-saleh' women. So, what is Toyo going to do? put on his "jubah" and go catch the boys?
Toyo may have scored points with women NGOs and house wives who care to read his public stunt, however, the Rakyat are not fools these days, they know who is the victim and who is the opportunist in this drama.
Pandai main wayang kulit betul K Toyo MB. !
