Poor South Koreans, do they know what they are in for? Doc Pornthip will soon be very busy going for autopsies there as well when the SK-MACC, well-trained by the MACC, become experts in camouflaging and spinning...

After having met and liase with South Koreans for a few of their study visits in the past during my civil servant days ... i dare say, they will be learning from Malaysia - 1) How to make a GREAT PLAN from the consultants 2) How it should be implemented as suggested by the consultants 3) How NOT TO IMPLEMENT it like the Malaysians - and I am speaking from experience here - unfortunately

As such one need to find case studies where a lot of blunders had happened.
So where is the best place to find them?
