I have tried many times to record the sounds or tape the beatings but often to late to get one which is clear enough. I think he caught me once, outside his gate when he was doing the repeated beatings. I couldn't see it properly so I held my handphone high only to realise he had CCTV. Good grief! The funny thing is, no one else seems affected by his behaviour with the dog though we all live around this horrid chap.....I wish he'd move away.

    Enlighten Yourself About Karma Here
"'Karma' is an Indian religious concept in contradistinction to 'faith' espoused by Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), which view all human dramas as the will of God as opposed to present—and past—life actions. It is the concept of "action" or "deed", understood as that which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect"

Karma is basically 'action' and 'result'. The easiest way to understand karma perhaps is - if one jumps of the 10th floor of a building (action), one will die (result), unless, from the bank account of good merits we have accrued in our lives, present or past, we fall into a stack of soft springy mattresses and survive with some scratches

    Get your priorities right

Here, SPCA is an animal shelter and do not have legal powers to persecute any pet owner who had been cruel to animals

The Department of Veterinary Services have their enforcement unit who have legal powers to bring anyone to court if they have evidence of being cruel to animals.

You should report to the Dept who have their offices in Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
