The LRT is definitely coming. Will finish in 2016. Just wanna ask you old timers out there with properties. How much will Goodyear Court 9 sell in around 2015? Right now , it's RM190,000 if i'm not mistaken.

this is something which will benefit us. Yeah some may argue that they will not use lrt, but honestly if it is so conveniently located n should circumstances request of it, they will definitely take advantage of it.
This is inevitable development. If it,'s not this neighborhood it's some others n i'd rather it be nearer to me.

One concern.....proper planning must be done by commuters in getting to their destinations. There are many stops along the way. The journey might take a while.
Wonder how long is the journey from one end to the other..and the frequencies?

Have you seen some road works along Jalan Kemajuan lately, close to Station 8?? Mebbi soil testing has started??
You don't have to erect the pylons in sequential order, do you??

Work has started opposite of Goodyear Court 3. Looks like they are clearing the trees on that tiny strip of land between Jalan Kewajipan and USJ 6. At least now I know where the station 8 is going to be located.
