...of course how Eiffel Milton snaked her way onto his lap, wrapped one hand around his neck, locked both legs with her long lanky ones, and with the other hand holding steadfastly to THE book, began her deep croaky reading directing her boring words into his ears, a very successful mission, I might add, for before long, poor Beta was bored stiff and nothing in the world could revive him, which means, there goes a dead man!! With Beta pronounced so beyond-redemption-dead, ....
