    Operations Manager

    iMAXX Group of Co has been around since 2005. We have since grown by leaps, faith and a heavy dose of professionalism.

    The Top Management Team is from MNC with years of experience. Today iMAXX serves MNCs the like of Coca Cola, Unilever, Dutch Lady Milk Ind.

    We are some 200+strong and growing. We are looking for an Operations Manager with the following experience:
    - Candidate under 35yrs old only.
    - Preferably a graduate who is computer literate
    - min 3years with FMCG Sales or Management OR those from IKAs (Hyper/super/pharmacies/retail) OR Brand owner operations experience
    - Friendly and cheerful disposition as this post deals with both clients and internal staff (median age 25yrs old)
    - Fluent in English & BM. Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
    - Ability to operate independently BUT can still take instructions from the Top.
    - No badass attitude. No loafing. No slackering...

    We pay market rate and we have 1 of the best office environ ever!

    The people are friendly, non-politico, helpful and Muhibah/1Malaysia in its purest sense.

    The Operations Manager must have minimum 4-5years of

    Sales Operation or
    Distribution or
    Retail Operations experience...

    Remunerations around Rm70000-80000 per year.

    Pls pass word out to friends/family with fmcg sales or sales operations background experience...find us a good one and we can talk in region of RM70000 plus lotsa perks+ performance bonus on top of contractual.
