Thanks, L-O-L. It's spring now for you. So what is growing there?
Naka, I look forward to visiting your garden virtually.
nice refreshing series.. :P i seldom photograph flowers anymore...
OK, I have been working on my garden for a few months and it is about 80% completed. So, here is a snapshot of it. Hopefully I can finish everything by August or September. The fu kwai faa has no flowers because I just pruned it. Usually they are full of red flowers as well as the roses. When they are blooming again, I will take another picture.

Here they are ...
Grapes in April 2010
Then today...
One lonely fig
Squash (today)
Aprium
Asian Pear
and pomegranate
Unfortunately, the Apriums have not been growing very well. They are rather small. Slightly better this year tho, but after this season ends, we should cut the branches down and hopefully it will be better next year.
There is a 'mandarin' tree as well but since i came here, i've never seen it bear fruit. The pomegranate tree is new. There is also a persimmon tree that looks pathetic at the moment. I think the darn dogs' pee is too toxic for the yard. Even grass isnt growing. There are loads of tomato plants as well but they havent started to fruit yet. Only a few flowers popping up now. Oh.. some some chili (mexican type) plants too. Those are all still young. Should hv something in about 2mths.

LOL, it's fascinating to see the different fruits & vegies that you have in your garden. They are so different than what we have here. I am glad I started this thread. At least I can visit your garden virtually and find out what's growing! Am I an armchair gardening enthusiast???![]()
Can someone help? I am a dinosaur. How to download my photo here?
