Best Deal in Town for Notebook USB Stick

I intend to get a broadband receiver for my Notebook but dunno which telco offers best deal.

Can somebody throw some light? Good / Bad experiences appreciated.

Digi is satisfactory for daily light surfing, but speed almost never reaches beyond 1 Mbps. Worst is Celcom, the speed crawls. I had returned my modem/connection in few days.

Digi broadband is pretty decent.. speed is advertised as average 784kbps... which u can get most of the time within their 3G zones...
