    Subject: Worried resident @ SS19/6

    Dear Robert,

I had encountered a terrified experience that left me a sleepless night due to this incident that happen to me last night.

I went home last night around 0013 hrs and I found out a suspicious car with 2 guys in black stopped right in front of my house with their engine stopped smoking and looking around. I wondered how long already they had been there and what's going on? Without any delay, I had made a call to SS17 police station and requested them to come over for a help. They reached or I could say pass thru my house after 7 minutes looking around for my house but seems they can't find it although I had mentioned the location of my house. Immediately the suspect start their engine and go off after seeing the patrol car. Seeing from few houses away where I was still in the car with my Hubby thought it's going to be over but nightmare is just begin. After few minutes, the car came back after making some rounds and stopped at my neighbours' house. Oh god, I was shaken and called back the police station to ask them come back. This time we had provide the police with the
suspect car registration number because we parked our car opposite the house thinking we are safe to go in our house but still we need to hide in the car.

After 10 minutes from the 2nd call, the patrol car managed to find the mentioned suspects and had seen and heard there's a long discussion, begging situation and even searching the suspect's car. At the end, both police patrol car and the suspect went their own way.

I called back to the police station to ask what's happening and as a worried resident, I deserve to have the explanation on what's going on. They just said that the patrol car is on 24 hrs duty and they had not return to the station yet. So I left my contact number to them in case the police wanna call me back. No calls until now and till now i'm still in fear and worried bout my security at home.

Robert, as a resident, I do have the right to know what happen right as I'm the one who made the report? The police didn't even get my name and contact number when I do report. Is it they are just not concern about the importance of every report? They also never even care who made the report and return back with a reply to the person who made the report and assumed that everything gonna be just fine after that? How if the suspect return and I have to repeat all this fear again and wait for me to tell that any of the houses here had broke in or something else.

By the way, I wish this can be share with all the residents in SJ/USJ. The suspect is in their black colour Proton Wira with car registration number WHJ 115.

    Awaiting your reply in fear.

    Best Regards,
    Yvonne Lee

Yvonne, In my life I have made my share of police reports, maybe 4 or 5 times. None were taken seriously. Twice they demanded bribes just for them to take action to recover the stolen goods. Once I did pay the bribe and then the stolen stuff miraculously appeared. I was young then, and was not very wise. The other time they asked for a bribe, I used a "special password" and hey, I'm suddenly their best friend! No bribe was necessary.

My most recent report, they do not want to take action even when I had proof. So now I no longer make police reports. If a murder happened next door, I'd just keep quiet since they are not interested. As far as I am concerned, their job is not to take care of the people's security.

May the mod grill me alive but I will say this and say it 1000 times if I wish to: I have Zero faith in the police.

    May God save the country.

    Please let me know

    I can appreciate your stance.

Those things do not happen in Subang Jaya.

If they do please make sure you let me know.

War, this sounds like the gangsterism is from the group that is with blue uniform and pistol on their waist, driving the proton wira with the siren on the top of the car.

To be frank, my house was broken in twice. The second time, they got the theif red handed. My house PC was taken away to the police station as the time that he get caught he was dismantling the PC. When I ask, when can I get back the PC, they answer "wait for the bicara dari mahkamah". So I just wait ler.... After one year waited, and a lots of follow up, I ask again, when can I get back the PC? Know what, this group of ppl with blue uniform ask for token in order to redeem back my goods. I refuse to pay. Why should I? And when is the bicara mahkamah on the theif? Nobody knows what happen? Till today after 4 years, I have the same feeling with Exocet, "Zero faith with the UNIFORM GUYS with PISTOL ON THEIR WAIST"

Did this happen in USJ14? Did it happen 4 years back, which according to my calculations was when ASP Tuan Shanmugan was the OCS in USJ8.

Let me have more details and I will see what can be done through the new OCS Tuan Loi of Balai Polis USJ.

I will aslo ask ASP Shan, since he is a good friend of mine and has recently been posted to Bukit Aman and is now staying in the Subang area.

In future when you want things done, get in touch with the head of the station, it is really not that difficult to find out who they are.

I do not have the police report with me now. As it happens so many years ago, and more important I had lost my faith to those authorities, I do not keep the police report anymore. But if you could help me getting back my goods, that will be excellent. Will PM you my house address as there will be a record in the police station. Hope the address will be helpful enough to trace the case and I can get the clearance on what had happened to the suspect.

    Thank you in advance.
