I am interested to purchase an apartment at Groundfloor Level located at Goodyear Court 1, 3 & 6.

Any seller?

I am the Purchaser/Investor not the Agent. I will rent out and later opt for own stay in few years' time.

For those who intend to sell and save on the agent's commission, please pm.

I reiterate : only Groundfloor Unit.

For old age reason, we may want to move away from terrace house and stay in an apartment (easy maintenance).

Should consider 8, 9 and 10...

Goodyear Court 7,8, 9, 10 - higher maintenance fee due to swimming pool and clubhouse facilities which we don't make use. But can consider........

You have a unit on the Ground Level?

nope... ground floor so noisy... the court got elevator to 4th floor... however if rosak then teruk....

You can try to walk in and copy the agents no...

Court 9 maintenance + sinking is only RM80 a month...

I have a unit in Court 7 at 4the floor. I think the environment there is ok compared to Court 1,3,6

Court 7,8,9,10 - quite a distance away from proposed LTR?

Court 1 is the most convinient because,

1. close to makan place (3 chinese, 2 malay and 1 mamak restaurant)...walking distance
2. sundry shops nearby (total 3)
3. chinese medicine shop nearby (only 1)
4. good maintenance (come over and c for yourself)
5. close to summit, giant,
6. no swimming pool
7. good security (still manage by Good Year court management)
