I wanted to upload a picture of it but Photo Bucket & Image Shack aren't working. Network error apparently. Been like that since yesterday. What can I do, Naka?

Tried many times. Nothing's happening. This isn't good. Looks like no more pictures from me until the problem is solved. Since I haven't the slightest idea what's wrong, I'm doing nothing. Hopefully, the problem will go away on its own.

I had oatmeal (with lowfat milk & honey) and Nescafe 3-in-1. Trying to shed some inches off my mid and also lower cholesterol. siighh,... Planning to make some more wholemeal multigrain bread again tomorrow. No pics coz there is nothing really attractive about a bowl of oatmeal huh?

3 in 1 Nescafe would certainly add some extra inches to the waist line
