haha... how can it work? Just like it set up a place for us to do the complaint but they not prepare or not ready with approriate method to solve our complaint.
Maybe they hope all the blogger or people online don't complaint anywhere, they hope they can gather all complaints in one portal. Then, everybody will feel M'sia is peaceful and no harm :P
Tell you the truth... I know of a big GLC. They have a website with an email for complaints/comments... etc but no one there to monitor or reply... just a auto reply set in the mail server. Later the webmaster left, no one knows the password. They reset and deleted all the emails
Customer Service or Relations is what Malaysia lack in.
To do that, you need banyak2 staff to reply and with good command of england and good PR (not the political one) pls very dedicated and passionate about this kinda work. That cost money. Hiring Local grads? hahaha the good ones were already taken before they graduated.
