    Today should be final day of DETOX - hehee .... BMI almost on target.

    Lunch is apples, papayas, bananas, water-melon, celery, carrot and tomatoes salad with olive oil light dressing.
    Everyday is a good day for GOOD FOOD and a GOOD LAUGH

    gave nirvana usj9 bnnleaf another chance...went there today for lunch.
    the tengirri is still rm7.00 a piece, fried until all dried up like thick keropok!

    No More!

    Pandhi in sect 11is 100% better and cheaper by 40%! Rather pay for the add petrol than not enjoying my fish!

    Oh well, me haven't been there in ages, perhaps from the monotony of it all.
    I think everyone knows by now this place ain't the cheapest nor the best, but then amazingly people still pack the place, and business is still brisk from my observation. Willing eaters and payers??

    Yang sudah tiada pergi lagi tempat tu.. cari lain lagi.

    Had Zainul Nasi Kandar at Putra Perdana, quite far off but worth the fresh air out of USJ... 2 ayam, vege, curries, pergedil, 1 teh tarik, Air suam = RM10.50

    Had a busy day & managed to take a simple lunch in the foods hall---white rice, beef curry, vegi while they shopped.

    Had a bowl of mushroom soup with 2 fresh-from-the-oven hard rolls at PJ Hilton... at 11.30 am... couldn't wait for lunch coz too hungry. Later, skipped lunch...
