Lunch today in Port Klang... fish in ginger, fish in black bean sauce and fish in sweet sour, a plate of siew yoke, a plate of veggie... four of us downed an entire fish cooked in 3 different styles and the side dishes.

Speaking of Port Klang reminded me of Klang. There's this restaurant called Teochew Fried Porridge in Berkeley Garden, Klang. Anyone tried it? Their specialty is "Fried Porridge" and "Crab Mee Hoon". Both are excellent and worth the trip down to Klang.

Yes, this you've got to see. A claypot of porridge which is fried with plenty of ingredient. I think I tasted some fried lard and roasted sotong.

However, it is the Crab Mee Hoon which is the greater specialty, I think.

    chicken rice, tea
