Upon realiasing that I made a complaint to CAP who then refer me to KPDN. And on my own accord I also made a police report against them (coz there is a RM50.00 paid in cash was not taken into the Cash Bill issued) which costs me a total off RM75.00 transportation. After sometime of discussion with the Inspector of Criminal Dept. I was told that there is no cheating case and was referred to the Tribunal. However, I felt it is a cheating case and that the police can do some investigation if they want to instead of referring me to the Tribunal. So can anyone advise/council me what to do to seek justice. A call was made to the sales person by the Inspector and as I expected he told another lie and said that I wanted white gold. If I want platinum I can visit them and change for platinum but have to pay more. This is the tricks of the company of getting more sales.
