I brought up this issue before that subsidised rice doesn't really get to deserving Malaysians but likely restaurants and foreign labor are enjoying it after all!.
See!.. only now its being highlighted and when Bernas couldn't be reached for any comment or answer. Only now the Minister wants to get to the bottom of it all. Whats there to be perplexed?.. Dumb or stupid to say the least?
There's NO control in the retail chain. I've said it before that Malaysia is a land of opportunists, not opportunity. Only when highlighted in the media that some political intervention may be seen. So much for Performance NOW!.
