How to use this "Jobs" thread

    This is a moderated channel
What it means is that anyone posting anything to this channel will not immediately see it appear in the Forum. The post that you made actually sits in a waiting room, waiting for the moderator to check on the post before deciding if it should be released for display.

Sometimes the Moderator neglects checking the "waiting room" and your post does not get read. If that happens, please send me a PM (click on my name and you will find the option to send me a PM). My apologies if I did not check your post because I do get too busy sometimes.

I suggest all adverts have sufficient details ... otherwise the job prospects wouldn't have a clue about who, where and what. If you said there is a job available and leave only a 'phone number, it is likely nobody will call.

By the way, we give preference to employers who are in the Subang Jaya community (that should cover all the areas served by MPSJ). The intention of this channel is to give jobs to people who live in the SJ municipality to work in the same neighbourhood ... if that happens, we contribute to reducing commuting and reducing traffic on the inter-city routes.

    Don't post questions here

As I had said, this is a moderated channel.
As such, it cannot function like a discussion channel like elsewhere on this forum website. Anyone needing to get clarification on the jobs advertised should not post their questions here because it will not be shown.

The correct way is to send a PM directly to the person who posted the advert. You flers chat and discuss on the PM channel.

    Don't solicit via PM

I am aware that some "creative" flers will try to solicit business or advertise jobs by sending PM to members of the Forum ...

I am now asking all members to let me know if you get any such PM contacts from people you don't know. Let me know and I will ban all those "salesmen" who disturb your privacy.
