Try 3K beside A&W..very clean & decent room for RM88/night..it's pretty quiet at night, lots of parking space.
Cottage Inn in Taipan - the rooms are very very small.

They are young bagpackers, so their budget is less than RM120 per night.
    Where is Oscar?

    Thanks.

Try Cottage Inn in USJ9 Business Centre - across the road from the newly built Balai Polis. It's less than RM100 per night. Don't have the contact number.

Subang Valley Hotel, opposite Subang Jaya Medical, next to the Japanese restaurant... RM89 per night with windows, RM69 in a jailhouse cell with no windows.... but clean.

I would recommend Subang Valley, 3K and Sun Inn as they are supposedly the cleanest among the list from what I heard, for a 'Malaysia' budget hotels (hygienically speaking ), though someone told me they've also seen some small critters in one of these Inns but what do you expect for a budget hotels in Malaysia? Even the cleanest homes also will have geckos, flies, cockroaches, spiders, mosquitos, ants, etc, at one time or another.

No need to be alarmed they find a mosquito or 2, ok?

I wouldn't recommend either Romeo and Juliet Inn... my friends stayed there before, and someone knocked their door at night asking if they want any "special" service or not

A month ago I was looking for low cost accommodation for someone who wanted 2 rooms for 7 days stay. They came as a family of 5. I chose the 3 storey 3K Inn after having considered the rest mentioned above based on

    1. Value for money. I managed to bargain to RM 85.00 nett per room per day.

    2. With A & W operating 24/7, the guests can have a bite anytime of the day and night. They can also choose to meet and entertain their friends in the comfort of the fast food restaurant.

    3. They can access to the Olympic size swimming pool and the gymn FOC

    4. The pasar malam there on Tuesday and Sunday can be your shopping paradise at your doorstep.

    5. There is a canteen restaurant that is famous for its boh tak keng Kepala Ikan and other delicious local cuisine. A dinner for 5 will not bankrupt you as it does not even hit RM 70 if you don't order lavishly!! They have enough variety there and I bet you will not eat the same food there even during your one week stay there.

    6. They have ample parking lots right to their door steps.

    6. You will not be cooped up in the room as you can take a evening stroll around it premises.

    7. Shopping malls like Subang Parade, Summit Mall, Sunway Pyramid and theme park like Sunway Lagoon are only 15 drive away or RM 8 taxi ride.

    8. There are KESAS, LDP, NKVE and NPE which is also a mere 15 minutes drive away and they will take you to the 4 corners of Malaysia including Singapore.

    The bad point is

    1. The rooms are rather small and absolutely no room service. What do you expect for RM 85 per night - Tiger Show?

    2. It is quite run down but it is clean. It is also clean in not offering the 'special service.' For the special service, call MPSJ 03-80263131. They know where they are.

    3. There is no lift so book early and ask for the lower floor.

    4. You have to create your own entertainment as the TV there is only 20 inch CRT type and not the 32 in LCD type. You may have to tune your channel. There is no Astro. For movie, just go to Summit Mall.

    5. The extensive on going road works there at this moment make walking on the road an extreme sports and crossing the 8-lane highway without using the pedestrian bridge is like playing russian roulette.

Still interested? Then call 03-56353633 to book as they have limited rooms. Credit card payment is accepted.

For more details about its facilities click below and you won't belief what they can offer. I didn't either.

    hahaha...

I was told there was a skimpily dressed lady knocking at their door just before midnight, asking if the guys are lonely for the night, and need some company or not?

They quickly slammed the door shut and ignore her.

the next night also they receive phone calls from an unknown guys, asking if they want any ladies or not...

Now Mentari areas can be considered as a red light district of Subang already
