    uniodized sea salt

    Can someone please tell me where can I buy the sea salt (not the normal table salt) ? Thank you.

    easily be got anywhere..supermarts, health food stores, organic shops..

    guardian is a pharmacy la..
    even sundry shops will have it..just asked for garam kasar or sea salt..

    Talking about salt.. lately I saw shops selling pink colour salt.. claim to be natural salt from himalaya or something like that, just wonder is it better than the sea salt?

    Those salt is the same as the salt lamp.... sudah pecah ...grind the pieces to become makan salt I am using it as it is natural should be around RM3.80 (1 pack). I think come from salt cave.... my source says the caves, near afghanistan.. where the salt lamp came from....

    maybe usa bomb them.... to get osama .... osama guys collect the salt stone and sell them.

    These are Himalayan Rock Salt - some are very pure as they are made by nature and can be older than the glaciers. Sea Salt *may* contain contaminants but is generally still healthier than the white table salt. Not sure if these white table salt are bleached or not.
