Anyway, just to enlighten you that my recent visit to Kentucky Fried Chicken have made me feel shortchanged as the chicken are smaller in size and portion. Any one agrees ?

Yep..noticed it too. Also felt that McD burgers have shriveled as well.

Have anyone noticed that D*** Pizza had revised the member renewal fee from $5 to $30 annually?

My Gold Card just expired, 1st time I renewed it, it only cost me $5, tis time they asked for $30, no more Gold Card, now issue Premier Card, annual renewal fee is $30. I didt renew it, just walked away.

in bolehland kfc stands for kentucky facetious chicklets. the birds they serve are the product of infanticide, not that anybody else serves non-dead birds. been more than a decade ago i penned a wonderful poem (created on the spot) on a feedback form and hand delivered it into a feedback box in one of their outlets. that **** of paper must have found its way to the linings of the barns for there was profound silence in respect of my observations, critical analysis, and proposals. Obviously I hit some raw nerves, probably crippled them into a state of senselessness.

I have been boycotting Pizza Hut since I found out that what is served is not exactly what is pictured on the menu. Yeahh.... just count the salami slices and you get what I mean.

shakeys pizza nice too.... Dominos, hem,,, tried it couple of times... i still prefer shakeys amongst the three (p hut / shakeys / dominos)

I agree with one of the comments above about staff and service. We have stopped going to Pizza hut for about 10 - 15 years now. Pizza Hut had a all you can eat promo many many years ago and we went to the Subang Parade outlet. The staff were busy talking and refilling their friends table and we were completely ignored. We had trouble getting their attention and our refills were sporadic. We left completely unsatisfied and have not stepped into their store since then.

Agreed with you....just step in the outlets, they lead to table and seat..wait ahout 10 mins....no one attend your calls, .....I told my wife..we wont go subang parade piz hut next time..

same experience here, same outlet too

We are the only couple in there, we help ourselves to a table

sat for 10 minutes, and waving me hands to some ghosts which pretends to be busy, some saw me waving me hands but pretends I'm invisible.

Yes, I agree the KFC chicken pieces are very small compared to before and I have given up eating at KFC. not to mention it's not that healthy either.
Eating more vege nowadays.

Not smaller, but they(chicken) were sent to fitness centres to reduce bad fat..... for the good of cunsumers....

KFC and Pizza xxx really bestest service in malaysia They serve you like they are force too, no smile and all.....normally u have to repeat few times to them cause they just dont get it. (i dont know why)

and the pizza i dont get...is it just bread or pizza?

CHEAP skate local or foreign labor! Sorry, local schooling doesn't teach good manners or courtesy! Parents have to teach.
Imagine if they had well trained, good mannered and professional staff like in the 60's n 70's, food price could be double the current price. They're certainly are all locals and ENGLISH educated like I still remember the good service at A & W outlets at Jalan TAR, AIA building, PJ, in the late 60's to 70's where it was a real family restaurant. It changed it the 80's with ill trained school leavers who performed just to pass the time and earn an extra buck. Times have changed it for the worse...period!

I complaint KFC from their website due to bad service. I feel that complaining through website is more efficient than through phone due to log file. There will be a log file/ticket when you complain through website, agree?

The next few hours, 1 of KFC manager called me and ask me about the incident. I told him because I care for you(KFC), I wish to see KFC improve, that's why I made this complain, and bla bla bla... The manager accepted my complain politely and I do hope they will improve.

My favourite fast food is still McDonald
