Been to Steven's Corner? What do you think of the outlet? Last week, I was invited by a friend to become their member. Anyone here a member? I was told quite a tidy sum of money can be made by joining up. Your thoughts, please.![]()

to me, it just another MLM strategy..
have u patronize their outlet yet? i means the one in sunway pyramid? The food totally cannot compare with the one in OUG.
in short, environment is ok but not the food. just my little opinion..![]()
huh? Mamak stall also can have MLM ah?
My sole experience with Steven's Corner is not very good. The staff seems to be too proud.

it's not a place for ppl who know about eating but more for those who know how to spend.. over hyped.

So far it's negative reviews.Steven's Corner serves mamak food, right? Let's do a comparison. Pelita vs Steven's Corner. Which is more value for money? And where would you rather go to satisfy your craving for mamak food?
kayu dishes out mcuh better grub than stevens corner. yet i keep away from kayu. reason is simple - like stevens corner, i dont think kayu's prices are justified. and the crowd and noise is not conducive for my interests. give me some comfort and peace and space if i have to pay a premium.
Again... the Kayu is seems like another Hype....
Btw- not all Kayu food is nice, the outlet beside Tesco extra Shah alam for example, the chicken seems to be left over from day before and refried.
Going nostalgic, Kayu was just a regular stall within Cheow Yang coffe in SS2, before they expand abt 10 years ago. I was regular customer there...
Am sure many of USJrians too....
Back then it cost Rm4.50, already consider premium hawker food already.
a friend of mine had tried to recruit me into this MLM thingy. i did give it a thought initially and found that it is not worthwhile for the below reasons :
1) limited number of stalls (you can only use ur membercard's privilage at STG)
2) Upfront payment ( min price is RM3600 )
3) Food is .....err...i guess our forumers have said it all.
4) Losing of friends (though i may not have many friends, hehe, but i think like most of us,our friends will run faster than olympic athletes when they discover ur motive of inviting them to STG for tea.haha)
5) BAd economy (cash is what i needed most now)
6) u can add on to the list if you have any
