was there over the weekend, the food quality is really bad, their yong tau foo was not good (filling was not fresh) and their dim sum was of poor quality but prices was high.
the service was poor with ill trained service staffs.
any similar bad experience??

Yeah, been there twice so far & given a choice, will never patronise the restaurant again.
As for food, they are 'so-so' only & what I dislike most is the attitude of the staff. They forgot that we customers are indirectly paying their salaries and that we are not there because we owe them a living. I just hate people spoiling my meal with a show of 'sour' faces.

Sorry ah bro.. I ought to have told you earlier because i had this experience about a few years ago when they opened initially, i WAS a patron where the same thing happened to me. I thought it was the opening blues but last year i gave them another opportunity and same thing happened. I just smiled and whispered to the attending manager something (sorry chaps, i don't want to get banana-ed). Simply put? They are not at all a nice place to makan.

still remember, 2 years back, my ex-boss and I was a regular customer there. We patronize there weekly for lunch because their service is good and also the food was delicious. Their Dim sum quite fresh also..
but now their standard drop so fast liao?? unbelievable.quite some time didnt go makan there.
