Why would any1 wanna be a member of any club when the club also offer the same facilities (activities like gym, yoga, swim, etcetc) to non-member/walk in jo&jane public, albeit paying a 'lil bit more (like most cases Rm10 diff) than monthly subs-paying members?
Even now, my so-called non-transferable 'royal' status (but now cash strapped) club is also allowing jo&jane public to stroll in and enjoy the same facilities...
having said the above, if you have a 'really must sell by' or 'fire sale' equivalent to a 'emigration-sale' and need an urgent buyer...I am interested. BUT only at a hefty discount including transfer fee.

I have the Sunway Club membership but it is not for sale. However why not I help you to be nominated to use the club facilities as if you are the member and thus use all the facilities as you like?
What this nomination meant is that I will be no longer allowed to use the facilities and only my nominated guest will enjoy it as long as you paid the monthly fees as per agreed terms.
The monthly fees is currently at rm93/month. You need to pay the Nomination Fee of rm250 to Sunway Club upon nomination form signed-up and approval. I need an agreement to at least use of 24 months for this nomination (I will be out of town and be back 2 years later). Who knows maybe we can negotiate for selling price and you have the time by then to save for the payment as I'm not sure too if my grown up kids would want it to continue with the membership by then.
