The recipe itself is straight forward, but the technique of making them fluffy, instead of flat and stiff, is the trick. Hv to get a nice good pan of the right size, so u also get a great shape.
Maybe one day i will make a vid of it, if i can find someone to actually stand there and film it for me.
And there is nothing like eating it with Heinz ketchup or salsa. No local ketchup pls, if can help it. Oh! and a side of maple bacon to send u over the top!
Insecurity is unattractive. Smile and the whole world smiles with you.

Don't you think sushi makes for really good food pics? They are colorful, well shaped, delicately prepared and after posing for pics, they are so totally delectable. Maaaiiiii....

Sorry Sentinel, I just saw your question today.

This Bak Kut Teh shop is located in Sungei Way.

As you drive along LDP from Kelana Jaya to Sunway, turn left after Cavenzi Showroom. The showroom is located opposite Matsushi ta (MECOM) & Freescale (formerly Motorola) factories. You will see a Hindu Temple on your right. Park your car at the open space car park next to temple. Walk up some steps that will lead you to the shop that is located just behind the temple. Very old shop. Many people around the area would be able to direct you to this shop in Sungei Way.

Enclosed below is a map for your reference. Hope you are able to check it out.

yep or you can go into sg way from federal highway ( subang jaya heading to KL ), once you turn in, about 500m, you see market on you left and police station on your right, if not mistaken... turn in the next left turn... go along that road and the old shop is on the right.

One of the best bak kut teh in town

    Salt & Pepper Prawns

I cooked this Salt & Pepper Prawns that Amy Beh recommended in The Kuali (http://www.kuali.com/recipes/viewrecipe.asp?r=3333) recently. It's heavenly. Very similar to those served in restaurant. Easy to prepare and delicious!!
