Can never resist an omelette when staying at resorts

    my-breakfast

Took this one early morning in Kuantan with a Panasonic DMC-LC20 (only 2 Megapixels). No need expensive DSLRs - a simple point and shoot can be surprisingly good.

Right on the dot my friend. And we are going back again !

By the way, the dish layout was prepared by me - just get the omelette and then add the potatoes and tomatoes. Then pop on a slice of cheese for the sinful finish! The lighting was a bit subdued because it was early morning, the sun had just risen. By the way, pl go to the Cari Makan thread on recommendations for Kuantan - need updates on food around Kuantan

The Thais make the best omelette, in my personal opinion. I also love their minced pork, oyster and prawn omelettes.

Darn! I miss hosting parties in Msia. The last party hosted by my boss, i was asked to do the cooking.
