Looking for USJ 5 Flamingo basic house- f/u to earlier thread sis look for hse

This is a follow-up to my earlier topic on helping my sister look for a house in USJ. She had spent the last few days driving 2 full tank of petrol at all USJ properties - from USJ 1 to 22 - save the Taipan USJ 10. Told me she had given up on several USJ areas and have put her focus onto USJ 5 Flamingo design. So anyone who is living in one of these right now who are thinking of selling their unit, can just PM me and I'll pass it on to her. Preferably to deal direct with seller without agents.

Requirements: Basic design, clean and in reasonable condition (ie water leaks etc). Also - provide contact number and best price. She mentioned she has no time to spend on haggling. She is THAT type of person who will decide once she inspects the unit and evaluate versus the price offered.

May be easier to go through agents as they have more leads and deals...Moreover buyer do not need to pay commission..Otherwise u can run through the Star classifieds for USJ 5 houses.

Thanks for everyone's response - however, these are advertised units in public domain - I am reaching out to those residents who want to sell their units discreetly without agent signs on their doors or having multiple strangers inspecting their houses.
