    Existing DNA sample too old, says PM

    Can someone tell me.... will the DNA change over time? or DNA will change when a person getting older?

    DNA would never change, thats the cornerstone of DNA fingerprinting. It explains why children bear many similar features to parents.

    But of course DNA can react with external agents and changes as a result. Eg radiations, oxidations.

    The more BN ministers uttering these kind of comments (PM, Syed Hamid...etc...) on matters that should be entirely reserved for the executive; the stronger is the evidence of an UMNO plot.

    Even if it changes over time, the results of the tests made 10 years ago will not change - unless the results of the test are written in a special type of paper that automatically change the contents after a certain time.

    Just make sure you dont cut your finger.... else when ur skin grows back im worried that your finger prints those lines wont connect together....
