To me that place is a bit inconvenient for dinner, last i heard there is no medan selera nearby, this is quite a remote area i think can see a lot of jungle and trees . So be prepare for a lot of travel if you want to go down to kl. That also mean high fuel consumption as well as a lot of tolls you need to pay.

I actually saw some monkeys at the foot of the hill. Reminded me of USJ though about 15 years' back.

I am staying at USJ23 which is at the entrance of the turn off from the highway. Please don't think of buying a house in this area. It really is a hassle coming and going from this area. No good shops nearby to makan or buy groceries. And the toll, just to go to IOI Mall and Puchong Business Park...killing killing...
The jam to go through USJ daily...horrid horrid horrid.

Giant is opening near Putra Points at Putra Heights early 2009. It is re-locating from USJ1 whose land was bought by Mydin.

I am a Putra Heights resident. Tranquill atmosphere with clean air and can hear birds singing happily at tree tops most of the time.

Sarawakian, I am all in favour of you becoming a resident of Putra Heights.

There is one thing I think sime uep should do. That's pedestrian bridges. Yup...the place is quite like a place to stay. There are also very good housing with Royal Palm (too mahal for me though) and Laman Putra (considering). I also like the Putra Point commercial area...quite well done with many carpark bays. But no banks yet though.

Giant moving....there? That's good. What we need is maybe a cinema or a small shopping centre maybe half of Subang Parade.

I was having that kind of feelings before, like.. sense of belonging, right? I agreed that almost everything you want to find in KL can be found in subang, but i cannot tahan the traffic, will go crazy.

It's very secluded and far from everywhere.

Your voting constituency will be under shah alam as well.

I would rather buy a house in puchong, near to usj and KL, and also lots of facitilities.

Unless you're a retired person and have tons of money, putra height is a no-no

Distance is quite relative...that's what ppl used to say about usj in the early days...

Voting constituency?? What has got to do with staying there? Be careful not to spout politics yeah lest u get a ton of bananas from whose-name-you-do-not-speak of.....

U mean all putra heights residents are retired millionaires??? wow....

You've just killed our home resale & investment value...

    Why.... why....
yes... Some of the neighbors are sh!tty... sometimes we get sh!tty with [some of ] the neighbors... but don't la say your area is in a tevvible place to start wiff...

    ----

Strangely, I kinda like it here in USJ 23-27... the "gateway" to Putra Heights... heck, Sime UEP even "covertly" tried to rename USJ23-27 as part of Putra Heights by placing HUGE signages all over the entrances near flyover and access roads....

... guess some of us have forgotten...

Anyway... Putra Heights... put it this way... in a couple of years, it'll be just like USJ... self contained township ...[ and self contained headache! ] Sime UEP famous for this...
