MPSJ and PCAM set for a bitter battle

    from: http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story...04&sec=central

thought we laid this to rest with MPSJ agreed not to use its panel - guess I was wrong - any feedback from Dr J George and the Consumer Association?

what panel? i tot it us agreed that such garbage is unlawful? if i own a pest control co in, say seremban, and buy a house under mpsj's jurisdiction, am i obliged to not use my own services?

to keep their house in order, mpsj should instead levy deposits on eateries and other food and drink related buisnesses. the moment they threaten human health, eg by filthy toilets and stinking food handling processes or misusing additives (to hell with double jeopardy for the latter case), the deposit should be immediately forfeited and the establishment sealed until the offending situation is remedied and another deposit, this time doubled, paid up. hmmmm, i can already smell the perfumes in spanking clean loos in mpsj's territories.
