The dateline for registering public comments for the Draft Local Plan has been extended to January 11 2008, according to Subang Jaya State Assemblyman Dato' Lee Hwa Beng.

The Plan with maps and charts can be viewed at MPSJ foyer area. Hard copies can be purchased at RM100 per set while a CD copy is being made available at RM30 per CD.

According to Lee, there will be a public briefing on the Local Plan on:

    Date: January 6 2008 (Sunday)
    Time: 2.30pm
    Venue: MPSJ

Lee will be chairing the briefing on that day.

Hooray! I'm there! I'll be viewing the plan as soon as I come back to Malaysia! I'm so looking forward to finding out why the proposed "laluan transit" and "laluan rel" are going to provide such good service to the backside of USJ...as far as I can tell, people dont live in industrial areas...

    Cheers, m
