Bad enough there wasn't an apology, there wasn't any explanation and I had to be the one tracing and chasing for the broken bottles. Oh, in the end I had to force them to send them bottles eventhough broken. And a blur Siti has to call me to check whats "really your problem, Sir?

Anyway, I have pictures now in my digital (of both the good one and the broken glass) for all forumers to see the kind of skills TNT handlers have where they hancur-kacir a nice piece of bottle....

Will you still be pursuing this?

I really think you should see this through the end, TNT has behaved like kids in not wanting to even to show you your broken package. Then not wanting to own up to their mistake. Secondly their anger towards your legitimate grouses is unbecoming of any coperation, this shows the unprofessionalism and insecurity of their staff, if you cant stand the heat why work at this sort of job in the first place. Also TNT must have processes in place for these sorts of sitauations, none i believe were followed by the ppl that attended you.

I will be bringing the attention of this thread to as many ppl i know that utilise TNT, mark my words.

It's not the destruction of the package that bothers me, it's the handling of the entire thing that does.

    Hey GB,

You can complain your dissatisfaction through CHINA PRESS. Just give them a call and they'll help you up. Try to listen to MY FM every weekdays from 9.20am till 10am. Usually the DJ will give the phone number to the public to make complain.

Next time when you interested to send your product, why not try using other courier company? Perhaps Nationwide Express? They give us very satisfactory service. My company is a co-loader and each month we give them a lot of parcel to deliver. So must have special attention But i not so sure about individual...

    All the best to you...

being following the TNT saga with great interest and has informed all my friends about it.
It seems nowadays customers’ relationship and satisfaction is no longer high on their priority. I heard that now the best policy to deal with customer complaints is to ignore them frustrate them and hopefully they will just drop it and go away !
So GB don’t give up, all the silent readers here are supporting you !

Thanks ahbitchew... you can bet I won't let go. Like Pak Kadok and PCYeoh said, I do bite like a rottweiler... people like those in TNT are so unprofessional and yet they can tell their customers in their faces they are professional and don't read web forums.... but they posted anonymously trying to influence the forum, what a joke.

Yes, read and post and support this thread... its going to get more interesting soon....

Hey TNT [ if you are reading this !!] all you guys needed to do was to give our Greenbug a simple apology and a truthful explaination on what actually happened... instead of this wayang;.... now face the consequences!!!

Shows the type of people which make up the company, right? Strange how they are approaching this like trying to ignore and hope that it goes away. Hmmm... don't they know usj.com.my is the hottest community forum in the country aith 45-55 people browsing at each time on the average? They are so damn arrogant and snobbish to even call & explain and extend their apologies - what service company is this TNT?

p.s. by tomorrow I should know how to download the pictures of the bottle and of course the small pieces they turn those bottles into...

    Ya..i use TNT occasionally.

I shall ask the saleman not to come to our office in the future. With your case story, it give us perfect excuse just to dump them fast.

Well, didn't like their color either.

If you are making a racist remark, let me tell you that we do not support such nonsense here in our Forum

Chang, I don't think you should jump on this person when he/she says about not liking their colour. It may not be referring to their skin colour. If he/she specifically mentions the colour of the skin, let us jump on him. Don't fire your tear gas so fast. You need to give some leeway. Leeway by the way has nothing to do with the Lee clan less you jump on me too for being clannistic, if there is such a word.
