If religion don't come into play, I believe many inter-racial relationships would prosper. For now it's only a myth! So this advert is irrelevant.

I don't quite agree with your statement... even now there is many inter-racial relationship and they progressed till husband and wife! Of course, for inter-racial relationship, someone have to sacrifice.

As for this ad...I think the boy doesn't really understand the 'love relationship' yet....he learned all that thru TV or maybe from his family members. In his opinion, date = romantic dinner but in reality, it means more!

i fell in love when I was in Kindergarden . I had a feeling for this girl and I kept wanting to be with her.

I also liked another girl when I was about 12 y.o. I met her through a motivation camp.

At the age of 13, I had my first gf

In terms of love, I would call all these puppy love

    Wow, hhtee,

You must be very cute when you were very young. So many puppy love.

I remember most of us were very plump in primary school. Most of the boys will 'run away' when girls show any interest

I thought boys prefer to play football or play station games rather than fall in love. Boys - years ago thinks that girls were little 'pest' and too girlish & silly.

Sigh..... I guess things have changed alot thru influence from MTV & girls in sexy outfits.

IMHO, the Petronas adverts are very cute but true racial integration are slipping away.

HELLO!!!! Talk about bigot views. Didn't you learn anything from Whitney's The Greatest Love...

I believe the children are our future
Teach them well and let them lead the way
Show them all the beauty they possess inside........

Give them a sense of pride to make it easier
Let the childrens laughter remind us how we used to be

La vida u sound confused i mentioned the kids not understand love they mentioned about cinta orang dewasa, let the kids alone lah why let them played this type of role esp the interviwer asked questions like that.I agreed with u let the kids grow naturally without constraint as mentioned earlier please be aware that this adv is meant for adults, kids had no problems in race and any matters as long as the adults dont influence them. After all they are still innocence.

    wksp,
Me confused, not really. Just not that cynical when it comes to advertising. I think its cute and it reminded me the innocence of childhood. There was this chinese boy in my standard 1 class who had more wives in school than the sultan of Brunei. He probably doesn't realise polygamy is illegal for non-muslim in Malaysia
