Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Potato
Onions
Garlic
Butter
Flour
Cream/Milk
Chicken Stock (boil chicken bones in water, add salt, pepper, thyme)
Salt
Pepper
Mixed Herbs - Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Italian Herbs
Method
1. Heat butter in pot.
2. Fry garlic and onions.
3. Add flour.
4. Add chicken stock.
5. Dice vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, and potatoes) and add into
mixture.
6. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
7. Remove and blend.
8. Return to pot.
9. Add mixed herbs.
10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with garlic croutons.
