Was at Tropika Paradise this morning and I must say that it's not too bad. It's double security; one upon entering USJ17 and also the condo's security. Opposite the condo are nice houses and there's also a 1.6 mil property development nearby.

Traffic wasn't so nice cos when we tried to head home to USJ 11 from the "back" way through USJ 16, traffic was quite heavy and it took quite a while just to turn out into the main road.. But the price that they're offering are reasonable and would probably suit young newly weds?

I will agree with you. Maintenance of condo by the management is a point of consideration too. The management has to do a good job not only at present stage but the future too.

Any latest review or comments regarding this condo? Appreciate if current or former residents could share your views on the maintenance, ambience, etc..

Am looking to purchase a unit at the low rise block.

Had a look at the place over the weekend.

If you are around graveyards, pylons, pipe lines and what not, the fung shui is definitely not favourable

    hi Jan,
you're correct, property prices are sky high and out of reach for most folks. this particular unit i viewed is going for under 300k which is just within my budget, which leads to my query in this forum.

    hi Naka,
are there any graveyards surrounding this condo? I'm not aware of this. furthermore, there are decent bungalow lots in usj17 which are full before the entrance to the condo. i do know there are gas pipes nearby but its also near some new bungalow developments.

anyone know if the lrt extension is confirmed?

With RM300K within your budget, maybe you should consider Goodyear courts 7-10 with condo facilities throw in and the maintenance is about 12sen and built up unit is from 660-1085sf.It is also very near the amenities.
