are there any graveyards surrounding this condo? I'm not aware of this. furthermore, there are decent bungalow lots in usj17 which are full before the entrance to the condo. i do know there are gas pipes nearby but its also near some new bungalow developments.
you're correct, property prices are sky high and out of reach for most folks. this particular unit i viewed is going for under 300k which is just within my budget, which leads to my query in this forum.
Hi Pug, for under RM300k, what is the built up area like? I am considering goodyear ct which built up is quite decent.
The muslim cemetary is in usj 21 side if i am not wrong and the gas pipeline is also around there. If is is below 300k should be a good buy but go and have a look in the evenings when everyone is back so see how it is, the environment.
Anyone here staying there at the moment? How's the property management and maintenance there?
I was looking online for unit for sale but no luck for the smaller units. Those on sale are the bigger duplex units with 7 figure price tags.
Fabe18, you wanna buy for your own stay or investment? It's a low-density condo with double-gated security. The low rise blocks are walk up unit, whereas the high rise blocks comes with lift.
Traffic congestion during peak hours especially along Persiaran Kewajipan is really bad. However, there will be a LRT station nearby in the future....thus, mitigating the traffic jam problem.
Quite convenient place to stay as there are shops, eateries & shopping malls such as Main Place & One City nearby.
Still in good condition considering it was completed in Year 2001. Since the developer was Sime Darby, you can be assured that the workmanship is good. The JMB is run by the residents of the condo. Anytime, the residents themselves control the JMB is a good thing...they won't want their condo to deteriorate, right?
Do be prepared that owners will be asking for ridiculously high price. They are smart enough to factor the future LRT station into the selling price already.
