Actually if MPSJ have selected the right candidate to operate this Big Bird Park, the business here would have good responses. But alas, the kind of operator it has chosen don't even have the money to renovate the place to begin his business. I think the stalemate here could be the operator expects MPSJ to make good the Park and then hand over to them in a silver platter. I also suspect the contract terms may not be clear enough defining whose responsibilties is this. As usual like what our PM has said -we are not good at negociating. Like buying old planes that crashes now and then, build highway that cracks, negociating a bridge and end up with nothing and paying for eyes that can close only one.
