Smile No More messy car windscreen

I am giving out some free Road Tax Car Stickers to those whose road tax expires in year 2007. I do not have much stock at the moment so those expring in year 2008 have to wait until I receive my new stock. Sorry I can only supply those who are residing in Subang Jaya at the moment.
Please call or SMS me leaving your name and address so that I can drop it in your post box. My contact is 016-3314859 Ong.

Why people's good deed was taken negatively..... I believe what dayone is trying to distribute is the sticker to hold on to your roadtax ... so there is no need for you to stick on the windscreen, which may be difficult to remove after it expires.

Hey, wait a minute... Are we allowed to use sticker holder? What if the roadtax got stolen and will police or JPJ slap us a saman for not sticking the roadtax directly on the windscreen?

Our car road tax sticker system is not 100% theif-proof. My mechanic can dismantle it without tearing the road tax sticker.

What they do is they use a hair dryer to heat the sticker and thus it will peel off!!!

So, if you guys wanna get it off your screen, use a hair dryer

I am sure they like every one of us ... still figuring out for best solution. Can you tell us what is the best solution now? Please don't 'shout' when you have no clue yourself.

    Digitise My Dude Digitise

well, we should live in all live in a digital world.

with the necessary requirements of registering your mobile phone number, etc. I am sure somebody could come up with the idea of renewing the road tax via SMS and linking the Car Registration number with the mobile phone number / IC / driving license, etc.

Well, just wait another 20 years. for implementation.

At the mean time, just put that Road Tax holder in your car for another 20 years

I believe JPJ instruction on the road tax sticker is to stick directly on to the windscreen.

Anyway, my Honda car dealer solve the "security feature, cannot remove without tearing" by sticking a slightly undersize clear plastic in the middle of the road tax sticker, leaving the road tax sticking to windscreen by the outer edges only, so can remove easily.

If you still have problem - pls try this

Use a scrapper - gently scarpe the used RT sticker...try to remove as much as possible , pls be gentle as you might scratch the windscreen.

After that use "thinner" to remove the balance of it, it comes out easily n quickly and its clean

Pls wipe clean the thinner before sticking the new RT sticker.

    Good Luck

    No Pressure = Pleasure

stick the road tax on your hand first so that it loses it adhesiveness a bit.

then stick it on to your windscreen. Don't apply pressure. Apply pressure ONLY along the perimiter of the sticker - about 1mm wide. Leave it like that and when the following year comes, it will be easy to peel it off.

Of course if you apply FULL PRESSURE, you also have pressure to remove it

    No Pressure = Pleasure
