Notice is hereby given that the Persatuan Penduduk USJ (USJ Residents Association – USJRA) will be holding its 7th Biennial General Meeting on:

Date : 22 April 2007 (Sunday)
Time : 2.30pm
Venue : Syed Bistro (Air-cond Meeting Room),
USJ 7 (behind Metro Bus Depot), USJ Subang Jaya which is our usual teh tarik venue

The Agenda of the Meeting is as follows:

• Welcome address by the Acting President

• Address by Guest-of-Honour YB Dato’ Lee Hwa Beng, ADUN Subang Jaya and thereafter to declare the BGM open

• Confirmation of the Minutes of the 6th Biennial General Meeting held on 12 June 2005

• Presentation of the Biennial Report 2005-2007

• Presentation of the Financial Statement 2005-2007

• Appointment of the Election Chairman

• Election of the Executive Committee Members for the Year 2007-2009
a) Election for the position of Honorary President
b) Election for the position of Hon. Vice-President
c) Election for the position of Hon. Secretary
d) Election for the position of Hon. Asst. Secretary
e) Election for the position of Hon. Treasurer
f) Election for Nine (9) Committee Members
g) Election for the Two (2) Honorary Internal Auditors

• Any other matters

• Dialogue with Members and Residents/Adjourn to Refreshments
