    Easy-Simple-and-Delicious Recipes

Sometime when comes to cooking dishes at home, don't feel like following the "stylo-milo" cookbook... with so many ingredient to prepare and so many complicated steps to complete. Want to just cook dishes that are easy, simple, and delicious (don't mean those burger, bread, maggi mee ).

Please share recipes if there is any dish that is fairly healthy, using simple and/or few ingredients, and with easy steps to cook.

    Thumbs up

O ya! steam chicken with kei chee.... I almost forgotten this dish. Saw my mom did it last time. Besides kei chee, she also put some red dates (hong zhou)... which were cut into half and seeds removed. Yeah, very healthy and delicious!!

Yummy yum yum. Steamed chicken. :P Besides kei chee and red dates (seedless), I used to add some 'tong guai' into it, a few pieces stuffed into the kampung chicken. And there's this herb that looks like a piece of bark dunno the name, and I add that in too. I love the taste, but could be a little 'heaty' for men to take esp the gravy. Even for myself, too much of tong guai makes my nose bleed.

Ok, an easy to make drink that I would like to recommend, if any of you gals wanna have healthier looking complexion and rosy cheeks. :P It helps in managing your menstrual flow too besides tasting great.

Seedless red dates (lots and lots) and some 'ping tong' (rock sugar).

    Haha..that's it.
(some ppl add in some slices of that bark thing but it's not necessary, will try to search for the herb name later..)

Boil everything for half to an hour and drink it up hot or cold, hot preferably. Leftover can be stored in fridge and drank as often as you like. Used to make this like once a week.

My mum taught me how to marinate. So every dish (chicken, pork or beef) I have I marinate the same way, but by using different ingredients to cook will come out different taste.
    1. soya sauce
    2. oyster sauce
    3. sesame oil
    4. a pinch of sugar

Else my sis taught me this simplest one.... chicken sauce marinate in soya sauce only. fry onions and put in chicken n some water and cook till the water almost dry up. taste good too.
