    Jombali at carrefour

anyone try it yet? for me, i stumble upon it after i came out of the loo...it's the same floor as domino's pizza and just right beside starbucks...environment is good...clean...comfortable..price is reasonable...

for me i had the usual msian laksa...passed, is my comment for this..my wifey tried soto beehoon...great, is her comment...and their teh ice with milk tasted quite good...will definitely go back again.....

oooo...since they the just opened, they gave us a free toasted bread....i must say it's better than uncle lim's....should try...

p/s...i would love to have my house with that kinda look...

Goody. New place to eat at Carrefour. :) How often do we find a clean, comfortable shop which serves reasonably priced and good food as well as drinks? I would try the soto beehoon and teh tarik ice too. Thanks for informing us sly-mee.

Oh..The name of the shop sounds like "Jumanji" :P.

I've been there a few times..
tried their toast with butter and kaya, so so only, slices too thin for my liking..
nasi lemak with chicken drumstick is quite good, reasonably priced at RM8.90

their tea with evaporated milk and condensed milk is good but i still prefer their White Kopi...

waiters there a bit on the "blur" side...
after clearing table, can just drop the menu and wait for me to order while holding the used dishes and glasses..
    very efficient huh?

Have yet to go there to try but then saw the settings around it, quite nice ambience they got there. It gives a very relaxing kind of feel. Now I do wanna know normally until what time they close? IF late then shiok'lah, confirm I can lepak there. If not, then can just forget it.

Nowadays weather too hot to hang around outside, even those cafes.

yeah.. the full drumstick = drumstick + thigh
it taste similar like the nasi lemak at Asia Cafe, but that's only RM5 compared to RM8.90 at JomBali... so we're actually paying for the environment..

I was there couple of days ago, saw ppl using laptops & asked the waiter, "Ada free WIFI Ke?", waiter replied, "Ada". So, I sat down, ordered nasi lemak & swithed on my laptop, the only free WIFI my laptop picked up was Timezone, which was from next door, Starbuck, hah...Anyway, the nasi lemak not bad, at least it is better than those at Old Town Kopitiam. Will go bk there for makan & "free WIFI" again..
