I have donated 8 times in University malaya. There are quite a number of donors there during daytime.

And I park my car opposite and walk quite a distance.

The nurses there work like those govt civil servants with don't care attitude.

Maybe I should switch to SJMC . What 'good things' can they give ? Do they have free parking and free cakes/iron tablets after donation ?

last time I went there, they gave me Milo and biscuit

it is for my friend's dad, A+ blood needed

from today (13th july) til monday (16th july)

at SJMC 5th floor, new wing, Blood Bank

my friend's father will be having the bypass surgery on 19th july

not sure bout other type of blood though..only told to help ask for type A+..

I think you have the same blood type as me.
But B+ has an antigen to those with blood type A. So yours won't be suitable for the patient.

Unless the hospital said they can exchange an already donated blood A bag with yours. But then why would they call for help if they have enough blood A bags already ?



Don't simply waste your blood if it is not suitable. You can only donate only once every 3 months. Save it for a compatible patient.

Latest press conference, the Director, she said on usual month they'll get 2500 litres.But in each Ramadhan they hardly get 1000 litres.

Just tranfusing blood alone won't help. How about the factors contributing to cancer like smoking, eating meat etc ?

What type of blood can he accept beside O- ?

O- negative is rare.
