The SS15 project seems promising. It will depend very much on the national economy for the next few years. If we can sustain an average of 5.5% growth, I guess there is potential for money to be made.
If I have the money, I will put it in on the SS15 project instead of SS19. But right now, at my age, wealth preservation is more important than wealth creation. So the apetite for high risk is not there anymore.

Interesting thought about the LRT...but including the LRT in your assessment of this project could be a mistake....if the planning is not too careful.
The project site is about 1km away from the KTM station as the crow flies (i.e. in a straight line) and about 1.5 km by the roads.
It is 500m from Subang Parade and Consplant...But...Jln. Kemajuan Subang and Jln. Jengka are very wide, busy roads...
So, no walking/few people walking....
So what's the point of mentioning the LRT? Speculation to increase the value of the site and the project?
The best thing I could see...for them...is to build the LRT station over Jalan Jengka between Consplant and Subang Parade. Then there would be an overhead crossing. However, a new entrance to KTM Subang Jaya (at the west end of the station) would be necessary...and still it wouldnt be too safe at night.
As for the SS19 project...all I can say is "ouch!" limited access and a 20 storey building? Are they anticipating a new set of ramps from the KESAS highway.....no way that bus/LRT service will be there...not the way things are now...
Another money making project...and another massive traffic jam will happens when the Jusco store opens....the whole area of SS15 could be so badly conjested that it will be a night mare for residents at Subang Jaya.....i cannot even try to imagine.....just look at 1 U
Time to move out of Subang Jaya/USJ. Where is the best place to move? Ara Damansara anybody?
Apart from Titijaya, you have Top Speed Holding eyeing the small plot of land/playground at USJ 11 to build a 14 storey service apartment and also 2 pieces of empty corner lot at Taipan USJ10 to build multi storey offices. 2 more soon to be advertised condominium projects one just next to Kesas Highway in USJ1 and the other after Mydin Superstore (Turn Right).
So do not be happy if your house is facing playground or open field. Anything can happen in this bolih land.
