    yup! True Fitness is trying to sign me up for RM 300 ++ per month for 3 years contract together with my wife . 2nd and 3rd year is FREE ( Which are not , anyway) .. he said per month only RM 88 ..only Yoga Courses

    im lookin for smaller center.. any recommnedation in usj?

    i know there is one in usj 9, behind ocbc bank... 2nd floor.. if not wrong, it's called my jazz yoga.. but only for ladies.. also have jazz exercise, aerobics and line dancing...

    hi..does anyone know where I can buy some yoga clothing with a reasonable prices ? Could you recommend any shops in USJ/SJ area ?
